These buttery culotte pants are made of a beautiful patterned crinkle cotton. They are lightweight and airy, perfect for hot, humid days. They feature a high elasticated waist and pockets. They would fit a 6, maximum an 8. The elastic band has been stitched in 4 different places so the elastic won't turn.
